28 FFX Script Icons

[auronlu]

Every now and then I get silly and try to make FFX icons excerpting lines from the script. I did a big batch of Auron and Lulu zingers and quotes up through Guadosalam. (1, 2). Now I'm learning some new Photoshop tricks and have started back at the beginning.

All masks and textures courtesy of the wonderful meleada; it is not her fault, however, that I am overusing them like a new toy. I use gobs of fonts, some Mac, some from Lord Kyl, some from 1001 Free Fonts.

I noticed while doing these that he spends an awful lot of time upside-down!
Masks are CONFUSING. I still can't get clipping masks to work, but at least now I understand screen/multiply.

*finally figures out "overlay" and tweaks contrast on a few of 'em*

I desperately need a real monitor. I wuv my laptops, but between the differences in gamma for PC/Mac, and the fact that I'm using a cheap-o iBook most of the time, I'm sure my color/contrast/brightness is nothing like what most of you are seeing.
