auronluI showed Mom the opening sequence of FFX up through the end of the "We called it Sin" bit and the beginning of the first battle. She liked Tidus, thought Auron was creepy as all get out with his "weird hand", and was fairly convinced he'd summoned the big tidal wave to wipe out the city.
I swear, when I first saw him, I thought he looked like a cool cookie. Did anyone else think he was sinister? Okay, yes, I thought he looked a bit sinister, but in that "I am Batman" sort of way.
