Hmmm. Mom got me a drawing tablet for my birthday -- the Intuos3!!!
It's taking me a while to get the hang of it, but I used another Wacom with my ancient PowerPC clone for almost 10 years.
This was done with a ghost-image of Lulu in a background layer underneath the drawing, so it's cheating, but I was just trying to get the hang of the tools in the new version of Painter.

One thing I love: there's a zoom strip on both sides of the tablet. I use the fingertip of my non-drawing-hand to zoom in and out at need. There's also shift, alt, and control keys there (which can be customized as usual) -- very useful since the tablet is large enough that if you prop the bottom of the tablet across your thighs and lean the top against the edge of the desk, you tend to cover the keyboard with it.
