Obscure Final Fantasy X Trivia: Cid's Tattoo

A reader on my Final Fantasy X Inscriptions webpage has managed to decipher one of the few inscriptions that had me stumped: Cid's tattoo.

Quoth "Sayosa":

His tattoo says 'Love' just as Don Corneo of Final Fantasy seven had inscribed onto his head, though I see no resemblance between both of the characters..

Very curious!

There are a few other surprises hidden in the inscriptions -- I'm pretty sure I've found the name of Seymour's mother, for example -- but ... Don Corneo?!

Sorry! Tis on the page linked to above, but I shoulda just spit it out. :)

If I'm reading the scrawls on the floor of Baaj's great hall correctly, I think it's "Salaca." The last letter is a little hard to figure out.
