Elma! No!! I must have forgotten what happened to her since the last time I read this. The casual reveal of how Tidus died is so shocking I guess it overwrote it in my memory. (Kind of surprised you kept that detail after all the FFX-3 novella drama, but you did it first, and much less stupidly, so good for you.)
