Blast it, the plot bunny ate my brain. I should be saving this material for Resurrection, yes yes. (At least I'm working on it again.) It's so easy to churn this stuff out though!

In other news, I AM SO TIRED OF THE PHONE RINGING NONSTOP!
It's put 40 messages on my answering machine in two days, and that's with my answering some of the time. Why, why, why are political ads exempt from the no-call list?!

we've been getting a lot more than usual too, we don't answer anymore. But I did mess with rhapsody11's head when I said Arnold Schwarzenegger was talking to my answering machine.

You flesh out the hero(ine) in true human terms. She's a bit stubborn in her strength but she doesn't stifle those she feels she must protect.

Her confession that her intentions aren't exactly motivated by the dream of the calm seems so right. She's not a summoner. She wants to protect the ones that she loves, fist and foremost. She's a guardian.

I like how you're drawing her out in this manner.
