Edit, edit...

I was originally planning on combining the next two chapters of Love Her and Despair into one, but when I was about to post it I saw it just... didn't work.

I've waffled back and forth on how to combine them more seamlessly, gave up, and swapped a couple scenes. I think I've fixed it now, but I'm letting it sit, since it's been the other way around for years. Anyway, it really needs art, and my first attempt was unsatisfactory.

TL;DR: I'll post it tomorrow afternoon after I've slept on it, with or without art.
