Ha, I love the quiet sarcasm in Lulu's first response to Auron.

Really, your writing is lovely. This: "like those riddle-glyphs that could be a cup or two faces in silhouette," a simple descriptive line in your story, evoked so much for me by itself. It reminded me of those strange rock pillars floating around Yu Yevon at the end of the game.

The bones and the stone memorials in the garden are another excellent reminder of what's beneath the facade of Lulu that's left. You are wonderful at this kind of symbolic imagery. It's always apt and never too heavy-handed.

Poor Lulu. If she's gone a little crazy in her captivity it's not the violent frightening kind of crazy, but a madness of excess logic, a madness of someone who has become all mind and no body. I like that you made the destruction of the temples Lulu's doing only.

Grghgghllfnklkdz.

That's all I have to say about Vidina and Yunie and Wakka and their vegetable garden in the desert. Adorable and crazy and I think Wakka's response is apt even though I don't believe he'll actually go through on his threat, even though you are leaving us all on the edge of our seats. Thank goodness the next chapter is already completed!
